A great spectrum of artists.,

This review is from: X-Files (Audio CD)
I was hesitant to buy this album, but since I respected most of the artists on this album I bought it. I skip over two songs, otherwise this soundtrack would get five stars. Covering the Door's "Crystal Ship" is the group X. I just don't like this version. I also skip over Ween's "Beacon Light." Two suprises are The Cardigans and The Dust Brothers. The Cardigans' "Duece" wasn't that good at first listen, but after hearing it three or four times, I was pressing the repeat button. The Dust Brothers do a nice job with "The X-Files Theme" by keeping it upbeat throughout. I usually have a favorite on every disc I own, and my favorite on this CD right now is The Cure's "More than this."
