Received this crossbow as a Christmas gift but I'd selected it previously. It seems a good value compared to the majority of others I looked at and reviewed. Problem was Christmas morning when opening shipping box discovered the trigger guard broken and laying in the box. Called the seller and they were very nice and sent replacement right out without me having to provide or do anything. Great Service! Next came assembly, which went well until installing quiver. Very, very poorly designed bracket. Thumbscrew will almost invariably break the "ear" off the bracket provided. I realized that, but my grandson distracted me for a second and a half second later it was broken. Good part was, again, service was excellent. They even knew immediately what broke, so it must happen a lot. Chances are it'll happen again to me as well. I can't praise the service enough though. I will buy from them again. It still seems a good value, baring something else happening, since the price was right for a powerful crossbow kit. Sometime I hope to actually use it before I break something else or the seasons over. If so, I'll report on the actual function of the bow.
