This scooter is very awesome. I purchased two of these for my boys (ages 10 & 13). They started up right away and were fairly easy to put together. I do recomend that you re-apply all screws with locktight as the vibration does losen many of them. Also, both scooters would not run without a full tank of gas and I discovered that the gas lines (hoses) were to short so I purchased new hose at the hardware store and reapplied longer hoses, now runs great! Make sure you check the chains' tightness before and after each use as it will likely need tightning.

Product arrived the latest day they said it would. Came without a front axle. The skid plate underneath was broken off and badly scratched up. Fuse holder broke off after unscrewing it the first time. I called the company and was answered immediately. Confirmation of order was sent quickly as well. However, A few days later I had to send in pictures as proof. Then about two days later they mailed out the parts, Finally after 9 days after they mailed it, I received the parts in the mail. Parts covered under warranty though. Scooter started right. (FYI...must hold in back/left break to start with electric start), Not as fast as claimed to be.

got here on time, had to assemble some of it. i use this scooter every day to get back and forth to work and the store, very quick and great on gas

i buy this 'cause it seems like a good deal, but when i put it all together it didn't work, you have to try hard to turn it on but it's impossible to keep it on,

also had troubles with the rear tire and chain system, so your self a favor and try another brand

This product came with every part on the engine and deck and foldable arm. A few nuts and bolts were loose expecially the breaks, make sure you tighten the breaks. I recently put an xpipe on the scooter increasing speed and acceralation by alot. This is the first XG 550 xtreme gas scooter that ive seen with an xpipe, the exhaust is facing rear so make sure u get a pipe for rear facing exhaust 50cc. I thought the scooter would be faster stock 35mph, but i havent got that out of it anyb ideas, the pipe made it up to about 32mph but idk how to get the most out of it.
