I am always a little leery buying the lowest price listed - so what a pleasant surprise to find it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It shipped and was delivered right away - had a little issue setting it up wirelessly - however I contacted their support department and they got me up and running in minutes!! I too bought mine to mount indoors and point outside and am not having any issues with the picture. I was so happy with my purchase that I was going to buy a second one direct from X10 Airsight however it seems you get a better price here - THANKS AMAZON :)

As my title states I bought four of the X10 AirSight Wireless IP cameras and two are working while two are dead. There is no support execept some generic forum provided on the X10 website. When they work they do work very well but if you buy you too will be taking a chance that the camera will quite working. I will not buy an X10 AirSight camera again.

I purchsed a complete X10 Airsight camera system. The airsight indoor cameras consistently fail at about 20' from the wireless access point. X10 doesn't tell you when you purchase the system, but each 3 or 4 cameras require their own wireless router. X10 claims you can get by with one router if you buy the high end Apple Router for another $600. Our 50MB internet access was overloaded with anything over 4 cameras operating. X10 Customer Support is virtually non existant. Level One support takes hours to respond, Level 2 support takes weeks. When we X10 admitted the wireless cameras had a known problem over 20', they issued an RMA, I returned the complete system. NO REFUND!! Thank goodness Visa has buyer protection or I still wouldn't have my credit back. Read other reviews. This company has problems.

I liked the ability to remotely monitor my house when I was out of town, but it took a few hours of reading to finally figure out how to use this camera. Never did get the wireless connection to work, always had to keep it connected with a network cable. WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE UNTIL THEY MAKE IT PLUG AND PLAY LIKE THE NEWER MODELS. SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND BUY ONE OF THOSE.

I was doing a lot of research for IP cameras and it came down to the Airsight. Now I was a little worried about the Airsight because of some reviews but I thought I would give it a try because I have used X10 cameras before. Only took a couple of days to arrive to me and the plug-in play was easy to set up, had a little issue about setting up the wireless part but the Support was very friendly and walked me through it and I was up and running. Also download the App from the App Store so now I can view my camera on my iPhone! And that part was Awesome! I would definitely purchase another one.

This was my first time buying an ip camera and it's working great. Haven't had any problems so far. Clear picture, good color. I'd definetly buy it again.

I purchased two of these cameras based on outside reviews of being able to view the images over the internet. However, I was truly disappointed. I could not even set up the cameras because the default password given in the instructions did not work for either camera. There tech support is atrocious. I tired calling them several times but never got a person. Finally I tried using their online tech support. They told me that they sent out a bunch of cameras with different passwords and that the supervisor would e-mail the passwords for my camera that day. I was disappointed that the e-mail never came. Several days later I am still struggling. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA Customer service sucks.

Bought camera from X10 directly. Can view video at home but doesn't work off my home network. Tech support was unhelpful at best. They blamed Verizon (my cell provider). I know own a piece of useless plastic. If I hadn't thrown out the box I'd return it (more the fool, me). Also NO help in trying to connect it to my computer, they suggested I pay someone to come do it. NEVER buy one of these.
