Packaging is very good. When I first insert I get error from printer stating not able to detect toner. Re-insert couple of times and same thing happens. After 15 minutes to checking/comparing my original Canon toner and found out that there is a metal pin is not touching the sensor. Once use some force to pile out the metal part so it can touch the sensor, the printer detects the toner. Toner is working good.

I have no trouble with these cartridges. They last as long (or longer) than the Canon ones, and they are much cheaper! I do a lot of printing, so it is well worth it.

The only thing is they don't fit as easily when you put them in the printer. You have to wiggle carefully.

I purchased this cartridge because it said that it would be compatible with my printer. When I inserted it, my printer didn't recognize it and wouldn't work. I was trying to save money and I guess you get what you pay for. I do have to say that the company was very honest though, when I called them they said that does happen sometimes and they would gladly return it or send me another one. I chose to return the item and get my money back. The money was back in my bank account within a few days.

This is the second time I have purchased this cartridge from this vendor for my Canon ImageClass 3110. This cartridge is supposed to be equivalent to Canon's X25 toner cartridge which I have also used. I cannot tell any difference in performance, installation, print quality or print quantity. Page print is sharp and clear without getting the white spaces "dirty". The cartridge comes packaged very well with instructions on how to prepare and install just like the Canon branded cartridge. One family member is in online college and prints large quantities of documents in addition to the family's regular use. I have not counted the exact number of perfect pages the cartridge delivers (the claim is 2500),but my impression is that we get at least the stated quantity before page quality begins to indicate it is time for a new cartridge.

I have had really bad experiences with compatible toner. But this one works like the one from Canon, which is for around $80.00. Compared to other compatible toners, this cartridge comes packed in a very professional packaging. The packaging is even better than that of Canon. It works with my MF3240, I saved around $50.00, I am happy.

I had to throw away both cartridges because they did not work in my Cannon printer. The first one was broken and the second one - the "needs toner" light would not turn off. Would not recommend these cartridges for anyone.

I read the other reviews of this product and due to the low price decided to take a chance. The printer did not recognize that the cartridge was new and full of ink but still carried on working. Printing was fine but the fax stopped working, something I didn't realize at the time and has caused me much hassle. Print quality was OK however. I decided to buy the original cartridge and lo and behold my fax is now working. I should have known better from the reviews already here and have now paid for it.

I bought two of these X25 compatible toner cartridges for a Canon 5770 printer in September 2010. I finally opened one package and put the cartridge in my printer in March 2011. Immediately it had a large black band down one side of the page, and a dim print elsewhere with a "Toner Low" message on the printer. Since it has been so long since I bought it, I apparently have no recourse and am out the money I spent. I haven't opened the second package yet, but am not optimistic. I have purchased X25 compatible toner cartridges through Amazon before, and have been well satisfied. The one I bought before was no longer available, so I tried this one, and it was a disaster.

some reviews here had me nervous. glad i did. works as well as canons. great price. highly recomend.

I purchased one about 1 year ago, and just installed it yesterday. It would not recognize the cartridge, so i put the old one back in, and it worked . After about 7-8 tries of switching it back and forth, I put them both on the table in front of me to look them over, in which case I found that the replacement cart had a broken ear on the slide open part, and it would not recognize the cartridge. I removed the old part from the original and installed it on the replacement, and it immediately started working. The people who refill these items need to inspect the old carts before sending them out to the people who buy them.
It works perfectly now. I will give them another chance, as they are much more reasonably priced.
