So, just remember... Computer chips = good. Kids head = bad.
Especially when they go tell mommy dad's being weird again like a little tattle-tail....
I added an image to the product gallery where i applied one of them to the WiFi module of the UDOO Development board (udoo dot org). It brought the surface temperature down by an avg of 12 degrees (F).
Raspberry Pi: These Heatsinks are a tad larger than the main CPU on this board, but not by much, They can be used on this board without issue to allow for more safe overclocking. They are low profile enough to still work fine with most cases.
BeagleBone Black: These are perfectly sized to fit on the main chip of the BBB, which is slightly larger than the RasPi. Can be used without issue on the BBB, and they are low profile enough to still work fine with most cases.
pcDuino (v1/v2): These are a bit smaller than the main chip of the pcDuino, but will still work pretty good. from what i can tell these will work just fine. I havent personally put on on my pcDuino but visually, they will match up ok, and cover most of the main CPU and again it will still be low profile enough to still work fine with most cases.
UDOO: The UDOO comes with main CPU Heatsinks on both the dual and quad core models, but as i noted above these work well being applied to the WiFi module, and 2 of them size by side will cover almost all of the SAM3X8 chip of the Arduino Due part of the UDOO and ships without no heatsink. (no proof yet that one is actually needed)
The only problem I had is that my white 360 with HDMI had a heat pipe that prevented direct contact to one of the RAM chips. I had to bend the heat pipe VERY SLIGHTLY and place the heatsink on the RAM off center. Not the best solution but since the xbox will spend it's life laying flat I don't fear it coming loose and shorting out anything. I could have left it off, but it didn't feel right cooling one chip more than the other.

So far, so good. Replaced the xclamps inside and added these heat sinks, and my Xbox is still running strong over four months later. Easy to apply as well.Published 3 months ago by stephen a. acquaviva
Product is as pictured, but the quality of the heatsink is not as good as the ones that come with other kits. They do the job just fine though i guessPublished 9 months ago by Dillon C.
They stuck good and seem to be working alright but I think the ones with all kinds of fins everywhere are more effective although these work finePublished 10 months ago by robbie
This with the screw kit allowed me to recover my xbox360. Not sure how much it helped but it was easy to install and cheap.Published 17 months ago by Cas
