Purchased to replace an OEM toner cartridge. Assumed that the Xerox name came with it a high likelihood of quality. I was correct. The toner cartridge works perfectly. If it gets the advertised quantity of copies, even better. The seller was extra prompt in shipping (that day!) and I had it in my hands 2 days after ordering. Can't beat that for service.

I've been using this cartridge now for quite awhile and am very happy with the build of the cartridge and the print quality. I ordered it for my ancient HP 6MP Laser printer and couldn't be happier with the cartidge's performance. The cartridge came with very clear instructions on exactly how to recycle my old cartridge at no cost to me. The price was so much less than for box store-branded cartridges and way below the cost of HP's own cartridges. HP quality has fallen over the years and this is really apparent when one compares their newer products with older products such as my trusty old 6MP. It weighs a ton but still churns out excellent print quality.
I called XEROX for some additional info regarding cartridge recycling and their Customer Service rep was polite and helpful. Again, very happy with the quality of their replacement cartridge and very impressed with XEROX service and support and how easy they make it to recycle the old cartridges...

I have been using the HP 6P for over 8 years. Using both the HP 03A and the Xerox 6R905 cartridges. I have had a problem with only one of the Xerox made cartridges over the years, and Xerox overnighted a replacement to me. I have had issues with two of my HP manufactured cartridges, and it took HP an inordinate amount of time to actually define that it was an HP problem, and their Indian Call Center could not be understood at all.
I expect to receive a good 4000 pages of print from one of the cartridges at the density that I normally print. With the HP made cartridge, I barely get that many. With the Xerox, I usually exceed the count by 20% to 30%. I have worked for HP and Xerox in the Imaging and Printing Business, and will only buy supplies from them for myself and recommend only supplies made by them to my clients.

I bought this particular toner cartridge because I wanted to try to get a better quality cartridge than the rebuilt cartridges that I had been previously buying. The cartridge arrived in factory packaging and was sealed in a metalized bag. Unfortunately, when I opened the sealed bag ink spilled out everywhere, and it took quite a while to clean up the mess; the cartridge itself appeared to be badly beaten up and several parts were broken off of the end, which I presume accounted for all the ink spillage.

LaserJet 6MP's have not been manufactured in quite a few years, so the cartridge is probably old and I doubt that Xerox manufacturers them any more. In my opinion, If you buy one, it's a roll of the dice!

This is the first drum I have ever gotten that that dang little dot did not take a couple of hundred pages to come off. Was wary of it to begin with but the price and quality has made me a believer. I will buy this again.

The toner that I bought - I am not sure if it is old or what. It is giving me lousy printouts. I just can't use it. I bought it on the basis of the Xerox name.
