Highly recommend this power supply.
bamiller
The cable management is nice and easy with the mesh pre-wrapped cables and there are plenty of cables with enough length for all my components.

Remember - this psu is manufactured by Seasonic..one of the best power supply makers in the world.

For those who are serious about getting quality for a great price, look no further. This is a good quality unit because it is the same as the Seasonic brother. If you are not aware, Seasonic power supplies are some of, if not, THE best power supplies around. The Corsair 850W is the same as the Seasonic as well. What differs between this product and the Corsair is the shorter power cable. I was concerned given my case: Cooler Master HAF 932 Advance. My brother has the same case but the Corsair power supply. He said that he had inches to spare and I took the leap. Boy, I am sure glad that I did!

I bought this during the week long Black Friday deals so I got this for just over $100 (after rebate)!

If you find this to be cheaper than the Corsair, just pull the trigger and have never look back. Just be sure that if you are mounting the psu on the floor of your full tower, think about where your 24pin MB and your 8 pin CPU power connections are located relative to the psu placement. Mid Tower owners shouldn't worry. YMMV!

Looks really well made knowing it has seasonic components the PSU is amazing and for the price really good.

The fan is great all the wires are coated with a cover and there's enough PCI-E plugs to support 3 high powered video cards (Currently tested with a 5970 and a 6970 running together without a problem).

My rig is a
Phenom II x4 955 Deneb black edition
8gb RAM
1x SSD
2x 7200rpm hard drives
1 optic drive
4 case fans
2 cpu fans (Cooler master Hyper 212 cooler)
The system is overclocked and the cards are running on full load without any power hiccups whatsoever, the PSU isn't even running hot at all. So far, it works wonderfully! I'm currently upgrading to a bigger case which will allow me to place a third card in it (i'll update and see if it can handle 3 high power cards on full load or not).

I thought it was dead at first because it did not start on first try, then I remembered a friend telling me to let this power supply warm up and sure enough it turned on after second attempt at powering it up. I have bought many XFX products and they have lasted 5-8years. I have only owned this for less than a day ,but hopefully it last a good amount of time.I have bought many power supplies over time and I thought why not give this one a try.
Pros : Japanese Capacitors and a 5 year warranty . Cords were long enough to run in a Mid-Tower case. Got the power supply faster than expected which is a plus.

Cons: None

First of all, let me start by saying that I have owned 2 XFX PRO (2x 500) before and they were flawless, Ive also built at least 10 computers for family and friends with these same brand. Now, this 750W version is everything that was promised and as always it was delivered on a perfect state. Now here is the deal, there is just one minor thing that is really annoying to me with this particular model I ordered.
I saved around 5 months for this monster silent PC, that Ive planned for a long long time. It includes silent fans and a silent (yet powerful) GPU. Every part of this PC was bought for both A.Quality and B.Almost no noise level. So, since Ive always bought from XFX and never had an issue I thought I would be safe this time.
Mistake. Because I didn't thought to read all the reviews I didn't knew about the issue with some units in which the interior fan starts to make clicking noises. We are talking that I'm running Far Cry 4 on Ultra and everything on my PC is smooth without a single sound, yet this *clicking sound* is louder than all my pc fans + gpu fans + cpu fan together. So if you are building a silent system, be wary that you might get one of the units with the clicking sound.
TL;DR: Some of the units have a clicking sound, mine is one, and my silent system is not a silent system because of it.

I thought the Fan in the power supply I had gotten was bad but it seems to be functioning fine after a few days of on time. The fan was making little noises like a laptop hard drive chattering away at some data but this has since subsided ( although not gone away entirely ). I have my PS mounted fan down in my case ( which sits on a tile floor ) so it's a bit loud I suppose. The fan does in fact run continuously in my setup ( and I favour this above other like model's fan features ); it's still not as loud as other's I've happened upon.

Cables are numerous and adequate but my configuration doesn't use a number of them and they're all piled up on the bottom of the case taking up room where there could be a 140mm fan or something.

Was looking to put a older computer together on a budget but with quality in mind this XFX unit fit the bill, uses the Seasonic S12II platform. Couldn't beat the price on here and prime shipping. Powering a AMD Phenom 9950 BE OC'd to 3.1GHZ , 4 GB RAM, 4870 512mb GPU all power hungry components. Just a reminder since the manual doesn't state this clearly except for the European market but on the XFX website it states for any PSU not registered in the 30 day window you only get a 2 year warranty, and not the 5 year warranty.
