This is a great mouse with many nice features. VERY comfortable (for righties at least) and has a fine stylish look. The grip on the left makes it easy to hold, especially if your hands begin to get sweaty. The DPI button is easy to switch and easily viewable compared to other mice. I love the higher dpi(I have mine set to 1600)as you have greater speed, precision, and...

2.0 out of 5 stars Good for 4 months
I absolutely love the feel of the mouse and the placement of the buttons. I am fairly heavy gamer and the mouse was perfect for my smaller hands (yes, girls play games). After 4 months the cursor would freeze on screen, then the screen would freeze for a split second, and I would hear a beep noise while the mouse reconnected to the computer. It seems there is a short in...

This is a great mouse with many nice features. VERY comfortable (for righties at least) and has a fine stylish look. The grip on the left makes it easy to hold, especially if your hands begin to get sweaty. The DPI button is easy to switch and easily viewable compared to other mice. I love the higher dpi(I have mine set to 1600)as you have greater speed, precision, and control. The triple-fire button is easy to click and avoid and goes great with pistols and a semi-auto G3 in CoD4. It's also useful as a double-click button on the desktop. The price is great for such an impressive mouse.

Update: More than 2 years later, this mouse is still working great with 0 problems at all. Will definitely buy this mouse again if I need one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Mouse for the price, April 21, 2010
This review is from: A4 XL-750F 3XFire Laser Gaming Mouse, 2500dpi, USB (Electronics)
there are hundreds of mouses to try, some of which just dont seem to fit my hands, im 53 so i have small hands, and need something light and small, picking a perfect mouse is like having a xbox all over again, trying to find that perfect fit microsoft xbox controller to play halo 2 multiplayer lol, although didnt expect much from this mouse with the price at hand until at least i recieved the package and seemed ok, after playing with it for awhile i actually loved the grip, it has rubber grips from side to side from up which is easy to play games when your hands sweat alot, and extremly great with mass effect 2 and crysis with the side buttons, i have had this mouse for over a lil year now and still works great for me still no problems, although... others have said that some malfunction, although there will be faulty equipments here and there, but for the price and the great precision this mouse cant be beaton at alll, i love this mouse so much i have to order another one for my gaming rig and this mouse is extremly hard to find when out of order. when you get a chance dont miss this mouse. the mouse also comes with a cd that allows you to install the mouse for the side buttons to work correctly in some games, although from what ive seen so far resident evil 5 wont allow you to use the sidebuttons. love this mouse.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Gaming Mouse for the Money, January 1, 2011

I bought this as a gift for my 19 year old, game addicted son. He had read reviews and told me it was a great mouse for the price. He is so happy with it. He even likes it better than the last one he had. He says it's light and works extremely well. I'd love to give you more detail, but he's sleeping the day away after playing video games all night. If I had to buy one again I'd recommend it and so would he.

4.0 out of 5 stars best gaming mouse I've ever used, December 21, 2010

First off, I admit that I've never bought or used a really super-expensive mouse. So if you have the cash to drop on a super-pricey mouse, take this review with a grain of gold-plated salt. But if we limit ourselves to only reasonably-priced mice, then this mouse stands head-and-shoulders above the rest. The mouse feels more comfortable under my (rather large) hands than any other mouse I've tried. It has just the perfect feeling of traction, neither too "grippy" nor too "slippery." It has exactly as many buttons as I want to use, neither more nor less, and they're placed exactly where my fingers want to find them. (Again, if you have smaller hands, this may not be so true for you.) The "cherry on top" for me is the double-click button, because I for some reason occasionally find it irritating or difficult to double-click, even though I've been using a mouse for 20 years. It's small, easy to ignore, and won't get pressed accidentally if you have no use for it; but give that double-click button a try if you do get this mouse and you may find you can't live without it anymore.

I'm a lifelong gamer and I know how important a gaming mouse is. This one won't disappoint.

After 4 months the cursor would freeze on screen, then the screen would freeze for a split second, and I would hear a beep noise while the mouse reconnected to the computer. It seems there is a short in the cord already.

Update: I purchased another of these and have so far (8 months of heavy use later) had no issues with the mouse.

2.0 out of 5 stars Cheap Junk, April 11, 2010
This review is from: A4 XL-750F 3XFire Laser Gaming Mouse, 2500dpi, USB (Electronics)
This was a good product for about two months. After two months the laser stopped working and I couldn't move the cursor anymore. The buttons still clicked, but what's the use if I can't move it to click on anything?! Trying to contact A4Tech for the warranty that I'm entitled to has been a nightmare, I'm not even sure if they're still in business. By all means AVOID THIS PRODUCT! Go with anything by Logitech instead, even if their stuff breaks (which it does do sometimes) their warranty service is fantastic. Also if anyone knows of an A4Tech phone number (they haven't responded to email or anything on their website after 3 months of pestering them) please comment and let me know.
