This thing isn't worth $20, where to start.... First the motorized screen needs "help" to open and close every time. It literally takes 15 to 20 seconds to load a CD! As in a loading bar comes up and seems like forever before it'll actually play. The TV tuner is next to useless as nothing comes in with any sort of clarity. The radio stations are all staticy. I even have my Sirius satellite tuner hooked up directly and even that has static? My FACTORY radio tuner had 100 times better clarity. The bluetooth mic is worthless as no one could understand me. The touch screen is frustrating as it takes usually 3 or 4 tries to hit one button and even if you can get it on the first try you can't hit one any closer than 2 seconds apart... which makes for slow radio tuning etc. It looks nice though... when its OFF! The on screen display is laughable at best as it looks like it was designed by someone at Fisher Price. I literally left it off when a couple friends were in it cause the display is embarassing. Also the SD Card input and USB input are cleverly designed on the side of the face! Good luck inserting anything into those around your dash molding and mounting kits. Theres no way I could even insert the SD Card even with the face angeled all the way down! Don't waste your money you'll be severly disappointed... TRUST ME!

Bad: Ipod cable no included and poor microphone quality for handsfree. Manual could contain more technical details.

TRUST your auto tech! Find a good one. Have it installed with ALL its features(+antenna) and pay for the extra installation services. THEN enjoy the radical features of this product. That's all there is to it. Happy driving!
