i just got my new XP500s. as far as i can tell, there are only eight presets, not eighteen. when i try to edit them they wont save as the manual says they will. when i try to delete them, they wont delete, either. the things are huge. i have them on the smallest size possible and they still end up hurting my ears after about 30 minutes. thats with adjusting every 3 minutes. there is a ton of interference. they cut in and out and not just when there is a loud explosion. etc, etc.

can someone who feels they have these things figured out give me a hand?

Hello,
I also bought these, and yes they are to big for me to. They also have a lot of interference from the wifi (treid every single wifi channel but none seems to cut the interference), only way I found to stop this interference is to shut down the WIFI when using the headset. They hurt after like 30 minutes due to the fact they are to big.

Would I recommend them? No way.
