At first, there was some ghosting, but after a couple days. it's now perfect. Crystal Clear video on my monitor.
You just plug the VGA connection into the monitor. My monitor has speakers built in, so I plugged the audio cable in a TADA.. it worked.

Great Deal!! Identical to the one you would buy in Best Buy for $40.00. Works perfect for playing my XBOX on our monitors at work when things are slow.

Got in time as advertised gold plated plugs with zero ghosting. Once you plug it in you MUST set your console in his display settings to the prefered output. Example if you put 1920x1080 on your xbox360 you get full HD.

Product for me has been working great. I have not noticed any ghosting as others have described (but my monitor having only 2ms response might have something to do with that) You do need to go into your XBox360 settings and adjust the display resolution to make things better on your monitor, default I believe is just 640x480 which is a "safe" setting. The only thing I really do not like is if you happen to plug it into a standard 4:3 screen (non-widescreen) the games still want to run widescreen. Which is strange considering if I plug the console back into my TV using the old adapter I can run 4:3 modes :S At any rate, still a a good product.

Seems to work really well, looks great on my screen, not had any real issue so far since my purchase on Oct 28th. Happy with it, cheers.

I received this in a timely manner but it was not as advertised. It says its HD but I plugged it in and it was certainly not HD.

It works great for hooking your XBOX up to a television via VGA port, but I did have ghosting problems. They were very slight, but they were still a problem and since I play online games requiring pixel-point accuracy, I opted eventually to go with the much-pricier Microsoft cables (which fixed the problem completely). For casual, family gaming, I think this would be an excellent choice.

I have this plugged into my 2405fpw Dell IPS monitor and currently the ghosting is pretty noticeable. Text has a mirror image just shifted to the right, which is annoying when you're sitting close to the screen (as most people playing from a computer monitor will be). A different review said that the ghosting goes away after a few days, but it's still here with mine and I've been using it almost a week. You get what you pay for--$6 shipped isn't bad, but if you want crystal clarity you may want to get the Microsoft brand (likely shielded cable).

For the price tag that was offered I really can't complain about the product. It did claim to be new, but the package it was shipped seemed overwise. Still, it was in great condition and saved me the hassle of a 40.00 price tag for the same thing.
