I love it!
1) 2 rechargeable battery packs with 1 charging station 2) Easy to understand battery charge level indicators 3) Easy place to store the controllers to keep them off the coffee table, or the floor. Not to mention the green hue from the front makes a great night-lite.

The product works as advertised. It charges very fast and is easy to use. Keep in mind you have to use the batteries that come with the charging unit, you cannot use Microsoft batteries because they don't have the proper connector. I also like the fact that you can turn the entire charger off when the controllers are charged to avoid unnecessary electric usage (and it avoids having to look at the big green glowing halo on the front of the unit!).

Bought this product about 3 or 4 months ago. Excellent at first, great charge time, batteries hung in there...for a while. I don't know if it's the way I am doing the charging or what, I allowed the batteries to charge completely when I got them, and for about a month and a half, I would be hard pressed to knock off one battery indicator tab after 2 or 3 days, playing about an hour a day. Afterwhich, it started progressively dying, even fresh off the charger, they would lose a bar over the course of an hour. Slowly but surely, its getting much worse, now if I play even for less than an hour, the controller starts warning me of the battery's impending doom. I am in the process of allowing the batteries to comepletely die, a full recharge, then repeating, try and reset the battery's "memory". I will update to indicate if this works or not.
