On top of this, the lithium battery pack is a complete joke. If left unattended for about a week, it'll be completely dead. If left plugged into the Xbox to charge, it'll be dead. The only way I was able to charge it was to "play-n-charge" or leave it connected to my PC. Though now it won't charge at all...
3 stars or 2... Can't decide, but it's pretty low on my "must have" list...
Now I am on my second one and have had it 6 months and the joystick is starting to wear out. It leans to the left slightly so that when the controller is just sitting there with nobody touching it my game characters will move left on their own. I have never had a joystick wear out on me before (I still have all my N64 controllers in working condition).
I have a regular black wireless controller that works fine, so I am not sure if there are differences in manufacturing that make the red ones worse or if I just have bad luck.

Got it broken. Y button didn't work. Joysticks were messed up. Controller shut off randomly. Waiting for refund.Published 2 months ago by BMO
It works well when plugged in, but the wireless part doesn't work so it has to stay plugged in. That is now how it was described.Published 4 months ago by Lynda M. Mitton
The controller works perfectly as long as it stays plugged in, however it will not charge the battery pack at all.Published 6 months ago by Karla Courville
