This controller works great for regular gaming. However, to play any type of game that requires a headseat with sound or microphone use the port where you put the headset is defective.

Overall the product was good, I would have prefered it if the description would have noted that the controller WAS NOT wireless. For XBOX360 you are led to assume the product is wireless.
