This dock was a great concept for those with four controllers: charge all the batteries at once. However, the build quality is horrendous. Cheap plastic, cheap wiring, and cheap metal prongs made this dock unusable within weeks.

Nice idea, but don't waste your money.

I was excited to find a charging station that would charge four batteries at one time. I was sure this would be a great investment and keep me from having to buy batteries again. It worked great the first 2-3 weeks, but because of the poor quality it soon became unusable. I would really like to see the company come through with a product that works over the long term. This is a great idea people.... spend a little more on the design and make customers happy and you will be rewarded... as it is now... don't waste your money.

Its an Ok product it gets the job done. but the problem is i thought it was coming with the actual batteries so if you were to buy this without any rechargeable batteries you wouldn't be able to use it. I feel like since i was tricked they should send me the batteries haha

i purchased the item and sent it to my brother in Jamaica and he complained to me that he saw smoke coming from the item and when he unplugged it the item was burnt on the inside. The batteries that were charging got burnt as well..... it seemed as if i got the bad apple from the bunch but i loved the way Amazon dealt with the issue. Good job Amazon. :D

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, charge xbox 360 controller batteries. The only problem I've had so far is that the first time I plugged it in it took an hour for some reason to start charging, and I thought it was broken, but thankfully since I'm lazy I just left it plugged in and it lit up and has worked since, so there's that.

Charges your batteries real good and the charge lasts on the for quite some time. Definitely worth the buy if you don't want to continue using disposable batteries. Though it comes with no rechargeable batteries so you would have to buy your own. But it is worth it if you spend plenty of time gaming.

i have know idea why its saying to rate a game... but w/e..

i got this because the connect and play cables i had for my controllers broke. the batteries and cables were aftermarket products... the charger works great... although i did have to get some rechargable batter packs... i ordered 4 of them of course because its a quad dock.. that was a mistake.. kind of... before u make the mistake i did LISTEN... the point is that my little brother threw the other non microsoft trademark w/e they are xbox rechargeable batteries on the dock and suprisingly the dock pro charged them, even faster than the trademark batteries... now i got 6 batteries and 4 controllers... i guess thats not a bad thing... but i did waste a few bucks since i was dumb and didnt bother trying that out b4 i opend all the battery pack cases...

but all in all the charger dock works amazing and i recommend it. you can charge any xbox 360 compatible rechargeable battery pack. and you dont have to fill up the dock to charge.. pretty sick..

This is the only product out there that can charge 4 xbox 360 rechargeable battery packs at once. Very useful.
