Xbox 360 Rapid Fire Wireless Controller

This is probably the only review that ACTUALLY covers what this controller does. This controller is a modified xbox 360 controller that uses a microcontroller that simulates pulling the trigger at an extremely high rate. Well, if you bought one, it does what it is supposed to do:make you shoot faster. For example, if you have a semi-automatic weapon (one shot per trigger pull, i.e. G3, M21, M9), essentially the modification will allow the user to shoot as if the weapon were full-auto. It doesn't seem to work with already automatic guns. It increases the recoil of semi-auto weapons and thus lowers accuracy, but it is easier to aim due to the fact that you do not have to focus on pulling the trigger and instead concentrate on aim. A good example is the M21 with rapid fire. Although you have minor recoil, it is insignificant to the extent where you can basically empty a clip into an opponent's general direction and usually will net a kill due to the fact that each bullet is almost a one-shot kill and probably one of the ten bullets will hit the target (as long as you're scoped in).

Sure, it makes you shoot fast at godly speeds (usually the maximum the game allows). The deal here though is that even though it is "cheating", it isn't something you can get banned for. Personally, I only use my rapid fire for offline play against friends for laughs. For the parents: It might make your kid smile at first, but after they try it on Xbox live, other players will start dropping the F-bomb and n-word against your child. BTW, don't listen to the people who call this cheating and will get you banned. It is undetectable, but people will get mad at you and file complaints against you for stupid reasons, enough of which WILL get you banned.
Edit: COD5 has a patch that sets a limit on rate of fire, so certain modifications are not compatible with this game.

The Rapid fire controller is a great advantage in any fps. It helps with increasing accuracy and just having the awesome feature of having the most powerful single-shot weapons fire at such a fast rate. I would've enjoyed this product better If I would've bought it from someone else than barbershop66. He lied about 3 day shipping, and still continues to lie about return policy. I've contacted him 3 times about return policy and he never responded. The whole time I bought the controller from him, It wasn't comfortable nor safe. I wish I would've bought the controller from someone else. That is the only thing important, buying from someone who you can somewhat trust, or else you feel like you get thieved.

Bought it for my grandson for Christmas, it doesn't work. I called tech support, you can barely hear them, they have the cheapest phone service, they cannot look up my order for some reason, all I get from them is a promise that their supervisor will call back. I'm still waiting. I'll keep everyone updated about my progress getting this resolved. I would strongly reccomend against buying from this vendor.

I bought from here because I thought Amazon screened these vendors, obviously they don't, I'll keep that in mind next time I order something from Amazon.

I bought this controller for the battlefield bad company and 1943 games, but to my disappointment the LED lights dont turn on and so the rapid fire does not function for those games. It never mentioned that it works for games outside of Halo 3, Gears, and COD. If I would have known it only worked for those games I would have never bought it, since personally I dont like those games. I only figured that they listed those games because they were popular they never mentioned the controller only works for those games. I also have no Idea if it does actually work those games because I do not own any of them.

I also got mine from DirectDeals, whom lack customer service so if you still feel the need to buy one dont buy from them.

I just want to say that this is an aweson controller I'm really enjoy this contoller.

You CAN NOT get banned using a modded controller. There is no way to read if one is using a modded controller. A modded xobx, yes. Not a controller.

Everyone is right about this controller.But my son is a good player and I've watched the game for a while now.And i can tell already allot of gamers out there are cheating.i bought my son one just to even the playing field.its sad but true,if there's a will there's a way.Having most of the players cheating makes it not very much fun to play so lets just agree to disagree.

this contoller is handy because it does somebody your normal contollr can't but yes it is cheating,and the majority of people on xbox live do not have this contoller,and do not know where to buy it from.This contoller is the same as using a cheat code to make your gun fire faster,its cheating plain and simple,but i'm still buying one to even the odds.

If you use this controller on xbox live, you will have complaints filed against you, and you will eventually be banned. In the meantime, you will be hated and shunned and harassed by members of your own team. If you're on my team, I will follow you around with extra gas grenades and do what I can to ruin your fun.
