Xbox 360 Replacement AC Power Adapter Power supply

I purchased this product while deployed. original one was fried. anyway it shipped in a timely manner, i received it 2 weeks later. when i plugged it in a got the red ring. not a good sign. while i was trouble shooting my box by using someone elses cord that i knew worked, to see if it was the cord or the box. there cord didnt work either so i was content to assume that it was my box. later in the week my buddy wanted to see if he could fix it. when he turned it on with the new cord just bought it actually started working. however the power cord adapter box makes a loud noise. i just hope it works for a year. you should know it is not a microsoft product. does not have a microsoft label and says it was made somewhere foreign. i wish i would of got an originall cord from microsoft.

Excellent product works great.

The only problem was, we had to make a modification to the plug before it would plug into the back of the X-box. There was a piece of plastic that we had to break out to get it insert into the slot. It was a quick fix, just would have been nice to know about it. Other than that it's an excellent product.

The ad for the product stated the XBOX 360 pwr supply was 220V AC, which I need to playing my Xbox 360 overseas. However, when I received the merchandise, it was a regular 110 V AC pwr supply, not the 220V as stated in the merchandise ad.
A mistake was made, and the seller, BUYPANA, devoted 110% effort to fix the problem. After researching my claim, they graciously refunded the full price (including shipping) that I paid for the merchandise.
