Xbox 360 S-Video/AV Cable

I originally bought this cable for my older tv which was not HD, but did have S-video on it, so I thought I'd try to maximize my gaming pleasure.
The cable itself is very thick and not too flexible and the AV connectors are thick and heavy, it gives off the impression that it is a solid, quality product. The S-video connectors feel solid, but I learned that they were not.
After purchasing a shiny new HDTV, I began to pull the connectors off my old tv to switch it to the new one. The connectors are VERY, VERY hard to pull off and apparently, if you are not using the most gentlest of touches, you will break this connector right off. The AV connectors came off with a bit of tugging and wiggling, but the S-video connector actually broke. More specifically, the prongs inside the connector snapped right off and stayed buried inside my tv. Needless to say, I was angry.
Now, this could have just been my particular tv or maybe it was even that particular cable, perhaps they aren't all made exactly the same, who knows, I certainly don't. What I do know is that I paid money for an inferior product that didn't last more than a month. I have plenty of AV cables laying around the house, now I have a gold plated one that can't do S-video, whoohoo.
