Adapter came with a floppy disk. I suppose the software came in the disk, but who knows? I don't have a floppy drive. Seller won't accept returns.
Worth noting that this adapter is for the original xbox controller, not the 360.

when i received the adapter it came with drivers on a floppy drive i do not one a floppy drive reader so the item is nonfunctional till i can find drivers for it.

Picked this up to allow control of Mame and Project64 games on my netbook, with XBox controllers we had. It worked well. If you're looking for an easy way to use XBox controllers on your PC -- this may be it. Other details... on the system I am using this on, I have Windows 7 Home Premium.
