I recently had an issue with my xbox when games would not load. While talking with technical support, I mentioned I purchased this lense cleaner and tried it and the problem seemed to get worse.

While they were very helpful and eventually replaced my xbox. The customer service rep. stated specifically, microsoft does not recommend nor does it support any lens cleaning equipment for the xbox and strongly recommended we not use it in the future.

This is Supposed to be an x-box cleaner, but the system does not read the disc. A shoddy product.
