Yes, just Google the drivers. All Xbox One controllers are now compatible with PC. Make sure to have a USB cable, its normally not included and it's the only way it will work with your PC. There is no wireless support jet!

Yes, but it does come with Supply Drop DLC, which is In Game Content for COD AW.

Yes it will work with any games on XBOX ONE. The Controller is just an aesthetic thing, but it does feel like it is "better built" than the original XBOX ONE controllers.

Gray plastic with painted Graphics, they will fade with use but not for some time. If you wipe it down after every use to remove oils I could see it lasting an exceptionally long time. Just make sure not to use any cleaners that are or have solvents.
