The item was listed as new, which it is not! The item was obviously used for some time as evidenced by the dirt in areas that would not normally be exposed to such except by excessive handling.Shipping overcharge by at least double the rate. I don't appreciate anyone trying to get over.

This is the kind of crap that is ruining the xbox live experience. You have to cheat to try and win? Please do not buy and let this kind of activity continue. Let them eat that money they invested into making a product that ruins the experience for the rest of us.
