A truely remarkable product! I have been on it for less than a week and gone down a belt size already! Yes there are some slight side effects but if you make sure that you eat enough and drink plenty of water with this product then they really are minimal. The weight really does fall off so stick with it even if you do suffer slight side effects! Brilliant!
