Does the job, no disappointments!!
This works if you work out and have a good diet. wont work if you eat like crap - will only maintain weight ( i learned that the hard way lol). I dont recommend taking it everyday b/c your body will get used to it. i mainly use it for cardio and have better results for it compared to taking this and lifting weights

Not What I Had Hoped
Years ago I used Xenadrine with Ephedra and wish it was back on the market because that was the best. Unfortunately I wasn't pleased with Xenadrine Ripped. I felt bloted, out of sorts and did not loose weight, in fact I GAINED weight. I took it for a few months hoping it would kick in but it didn't. Unless they come back out with the original Xenadrine RFA with ephedra...

Years ago I used Xenadrine with Ephedra and wish it was back on the market because that was the best. Unfortunately I wasn't pleased with Xenadrine Ripped. This stuff is ok , not really much of a boost and not much gain in weight loss . If you want a pill that will make you WANT to work out to the maximum try oxyelite pro. This pill is ok for when you need to cycle off of it tho i suppose
