Offering a dpi of either 600 x 1,200 or a special color-dense photo mode, the DN treats documents to a smooth application of laser technology for sharply legible text and clean, vivid colors. A 500 MHz processor and 128 MB of expandable RAM give this intelligent printer plenty of power and speed when dealing with multiple print jobs or churning through different modes of operation.
With standard automatic duplexing for two-sided printing, the 7300DX is economical as well, conserving expensive consumables on command. Included with the DN model are two paper trays: a 500-sheet standard try and a 150-sheet multipurpose tray designed for specialty papers like transparencies, glossy photo paper, even newsprint. Included software provides a variety of network management options to accompany the 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet card. Xerox provides a one-year onsite warranty, covering parts, service and online technical support.
