This Album is specially for people who loves Brazil and Brazilian rithms. It is excelent to hear because the letters are interensting and touch topics about Brasil current situation, and also recomended to dance.

If you like Brazilian music (or dance music) this is it. This is one of the top 10 albums in Brazil right now - - Brazilians can't get enough of it . . . and I can't get enough of it. The band is a group of girls (a la Wilson Phillips like) but much more fun, with dance beats and great vocals. It's got a little bit if everything (for everyone) and you won't be sorry. If more albums come out like this one (from Brazil), I can promise you they will overtake the U.S. music populace and surpass us the way the Japaneze have surpassed us in electronics and cars.

I like the video of the meninas... Good looking girls with talent..

The title track, in particular, will get stuck in your head and echo around for days on end... Super-cute, girl-groupish modern Brazilian pop, circa 1999.

Lots of great Axe tunes, I found 9 of the tracks to be first rate solid tunes, this is a huge number of great songs.
Absolutely recommended.

This cd one the best cd's in the world. I love this Brasilian music group. I the song are really upbeat and they'll Have you dancing all night. If you love spanish or brazilian Axe music, this is the cd for you. I heard the group when I went to Chile, last year.. I love the song Xibom bom and there are a lot other wonderful tracks on their cd's. This cd is like being in Rio de Janiero on a warm summer night. This group is great for dancing - like much of Brazilian music. It is worth buying because The Girls are great - lots of fun and a lot of good beats.
