More About the Author

Wilhelmina was born and raised in The Netherlands and moved to the U.S.A. in 2001.

Wilhelmina went through deep losses in her life. After first abruptly losing her fiancé in 1998, she lost her son the same way in 2007. Their life ended in a car accident out of which she, twice, miraculously survived. This had great impact on her life. With the guidance and help of beyond, she went through it and opened up more and more, as time moved on, to her true self.
Through clairvoyance, clairaudience and emphatic sensitivity she learns, teaches and guides. The lessons she received from spirit are all build around how to heal the self from the conditioning we have allowed ourselves to live in, so we can make the shifts in consciousness in a smooth way.
She founded the website: Xsist Ascension Circle; www.xsist.org, in January 2003, and is the initiator of interconnection sessions held in co-operation with the Angelic realm.

This wonderful book gives the reader no choice but to really have a closer look of who you really are. Do you love yourself? Do you want to love yourself? How can I love myself (again)?

Ofcourse this can be very confronting and even give feelings of discomfort, but Wilhelmina McKittrick shows a way of doing this. She does this by simply share her very own experiences and at the same time this is a invitiation to the reader to do the same: Going to this beautiful place and energy of the heart, to rediscover the beauty and simplicity.

I read the book with so much joy and it helped me in a beautiful way to accept everything that I AM and I notice that life gets less a struggle, a must-be, and more and more a beautiful gift.

A beautifully written book, these words can guide you into a life filled with peace and contentment. When we can live in a Spirit- or heart-centered existence we are fulfilling our innate need to contribute to this world, to make it a better place. Wilhelmina conveys to us through her abilities of clairvoyance and clairaudience how we may best guide ourselves into lives of peaceful bliss, especially needed in these turbulent times. This book holds a unique place in spiritual literature. There are no promises that life will be this or that if you follow certain guidelines. For those ready to hear it, the message is profound. It can be read over and over or just a page as needed for an instant infusion of peace. I look forward to more works from this author.
