I purchased 4 of these bags for use at my company. The first time the bag was used, it fell apart. Very disappointed. If I could have put no stars I would.

This is not the ultimate bag but it works as intended for me. I don't rely too much on the shoulder strap but it fits the ladder perfectly and keeps it clean. Just carry by the body of the unit and everything will be fine.

This product broke the very first time I used it. It uses cheap plastic hooks to connect the shoulder strap to the bag - pretty much guaranteed to break the first time they're used given the weight of the ladder.
