This app works like a charm, using the native Remote Desktop software preinstalled in Win7. Since I already use Remote Desktop at work, it was a breeze to set this client up. Finally a remote desktop application worth buying to me. No additional software to set up on the host machine makes this perfect for my needs.

This is the BEST Rdp app on the market. I have had it for well over a year and it always works flawlessly, well worth the price. Connects great to both x64 and x86

I have a hard time condoning shelling out $15 for an app that does little more than free apps you can get elsewhere. I got this for free, so I am glad I could try it out without having spent that much.

Sadly, your list of options on the Amazon App Store for RDP clients is... limited. You can find free apps like aRDP Free and Microsoft Remote Desktop, but they're on Play, and you need to sideload them. The other App Store options are, as far as I can tell, not as good as this app. Still... it takes all of a few moments to sideload, and they work as well as this does.

Xtralogic RDC starts by throwing a EULA at you that you must first accept. This is jarring, given that I've not seen it on other apps, or at least not noticed it like this - it's right there, literally in black and white, before you can do anything. Not a big deal, but... disconcerting.

Once you get into the app setup, it's pretty standard, and it works essentially like all other RDP/VNC apps do. I didn't find it to differentiate itself in any real way, but I will say it was stable the entire time I used it.

What would have made it much more worth the cost, to me, would have been the inclusion of an SSH client, since most work environments have the need for secure connections, and most RDP clients don't include that functionality. Without that addition, though... this is a usable app, and it does what it says, but it doesn't work any better than the free RDP apps available on other app stores.

Yes, you pretty much have full control over your desktop. However, it would be nice if they had an easy way to download files to your device.

So after seeing the good rating, I decided to try this. I have used remote desktop apps from teamviewer, splashtop, microsoft rdp, and jump desktop. And I still feel like jump desktop is superior to this app in speed and features. The connections works but that's about it. The connection time was longer then I was presented a full desktop but there was no feature to zoom in or out, tried looking at the help but it wasn't much of a help.

So I think i'll stick to jump desktop for now as it's perfect for what I need. Devs should think about adding more to the help section of this app as it was not enough.

Best RDP Client. still could be a lot better when comparing to jaadu on the iphone. i bought this app for $25 and i always thought it was a good purchase. it is a steal at $8. Keep in mind that money is all going to microsoft for the licensing. Google search what makes this type of app expensive. notes to the developer. two finger tap for right click. three finger tap to toggle between 100% zoom and previous zoom. two finger tap and hold to scroll. it will send this app to the next next next level.

The title says it all. I really like this app but updates for the Amazon version are slow to arrive. I suppose it's more of a critique on Amazon but I hate hearing about the new features available in the Android market notifications and having to wait weeks pointlessly for same to arrive on my hard paid samely priced Amazon bought copy.
