Truly great,

This album is great all the way through. There really isn't a bad song on it. It's got a classic sound with a modern vibe that you can't really pin down in a single genre. I highly reccommend purchasing this album. If you like popular rock, you will love this.

This cd is awesome. All of the songs are great. The best songs on this album in my opinion though are Hold Me and Easy.

I love their music. Then again, I danced in one of their music videos (Heart that Remains) about 6 months before my 50th birthday. LA Lindsay is my favorite track. Nick has an amazing voice. This CD was made when they were still a quartet.

Y-O-U is better than mostly every major label band you could possibly listen to. It's nice to know that someone out there still rocks like rock was meant to be rocked. And they even say please. Buy this now or you will cry all year.

Check out Y-O-U (why-oh-you) from Atlanta. They're too good. I'd recommend listening to "Easy" which has the ennui and heartfelt sincereity of a Coldplay tune. Or "Back with Him" for a harmonica-laced, Beatles-inspired poppy sing-along. My prediction: the world will be hearing more from this band.

Did someone say TRL??,

How do you categorize these guys?! True rock, I suppose, though I would never want to pigeon-hole them. The songs on this album could rival any of today's "rock" bands. LA Lindsay, Heart that Remains and Back With Him are my personal favorites though the album is definitely worth listening to the whole way through.I'm just waiting for a video to pop up on MTV...

This band should be hitting it big any time now!,

I am very impressed with this album! I stumbled across the Y-O-U website (www.pleaserock.com) by chance and was hooked as soon as I heard "LA Lindsay". This group has a very catchy and enjoyable sound. Normally this style of music doesn't appeal to me; my favorite band is Dream Theater, obviously a bit different in genres. But these guys have really got something good going. I hope word will get out about this CD. I would have to say the best songs are "Movie Kiss" and "LA Lindsay". I highly recommend this album to anyone reading this review. Like I said, I don't listen to this stuff normally but these guys just flat out rock! I will admit there are a few songs that I don't particularly care for, that's why I'm giving it a four. But still, buy this album!
