Cate and Jen and the rest of the crew show us how to say "yes" to life and our hearts. Through their evolution in the course of their journey, we see the possibility to embrace our own dreams and have the courage to live them. The revelations and lessons they share with us as they make their way down the river, and even while deciding to take the trip, have value and applicability for us wherever we are in our own journeys. An engaging book, and a challenge for all of us.
