From the photo on the book cover looks like she's in great shape but the photos in the book you can't tell who that is. Kind of unbelievable. This book is a mish mash of tips and products. None of it made sense. Floral medicine?? Astrology? The writer should have chosen one thing to write about, mainly how she stays in great physical shape for her age. That's not what it's about.

I can't even tell you how much this book and Sandra's story have inspired me. If you want to get realistic tips and suggestions about looking hot at 50, 60 or 70, this is the book!

YES, I'm 44 and feeling GREAT thanks to Sandra Alvim's inspirational book of wisdom! This is a book that needs to be on the shelf of every woman, young or old! A book for your daughter, sister, mother, girlfriend, that not only reveals Sandra's phenomenal beauty secrets and tips, but valuable info on how to renew your spirit and your mind as well! It's all about attitude and Sandra's story will inspire you to change your own attitude to that of a positive woman full of self confidence and self worth! I especially love her tips on nutrition and exercise. I myself have lost 13 lbs. and a number of inches (size 8 to a size 2) following Leandro Carvalho's routine she includes in this book. I love the tip on drinking aloe vera juice! I've included 4oz. of aloe vera juice in my morning routine (my "salute to myself" each morning) when I wake....makes my skin so soft, even my husband has commented. In addition to all her beauty secrets for the skin, hair, body, etc. I really appreciated the section, "Phases of a Woman". Sandra writes with much empathy and understanding in this section. I was diagnosed with Postpartum Pyschosis after the birth of my son over 9 years ago and I know how important it is for a woman to take care of herself during this time. Sandra spoke to me in this passage as if my own mother or best girlfriend were speaking from her own experience with much love and concern for me.
I am now reading this book for the second time and I must say this will be a book in my library that I will forever reference! My only regret: I wish this book had been available when I was younger! (ladies, pay attention to the "relationships" section of this book! :) Thank you Sandra for sharing your life experiences with me! I look forward to continuing feeling GREAT at 58! ~Obrigado
