I ordered these and another pair by the same company for my 17 year old son, and he loves them. He's worn them several times now. I especially like that they come with both button-fasteners and clips. It's very easy to swap them out depending on the pants he's wearing. He gets a lot of compliments when wearing these. Also I will add that the packaging was very attractive, and they made for an impressive gift.

Suspenders are made well but the finger clips need improvement, clips are made of soft bronze metal, they slip off very easily. I tested their ability to hold by bending over to see if they would not slip. Immediately, the yoke suspender (single suspender that attaches to the rear of pants) slipped off and struck me in the face. I made several adjumstment to the suspenders using the clasps but the yoke suspender still snapped forward. Finally, in order to make the clips tighter, I used a pair of needle-nosed pliers to bend the lower portion of the clips. This seemed to do the trick, the clips haven't slipped off since. But I know over time the clips will loosen up again because as I pointed out, the bronze metal they're made of is too soft-- it needs to be harder. The pattern selection seems to be limited to stripes, there are no paisley, argyle, or dot-patterns to choose from-- bummer...The website (Fashiononmen.com) doesn't show suspenders at all, only hankys, neck ties, cuff links, and vests. The price is very reasonable, if the clips can be improved and more patterns offered, I'd buy more of these suspenders. But as it stands right now, I'm seriously thinking about sending the 2 sets I purchased back to the seller for a refund...

The leather strap that connects the elastic with the clip ripped the first time I put the braces on. I have made a new connection that is working so far.
The leather strap is too thin for the connecting stress.
I did not ask for replacement because $17 really isn't worth all that work.

I suggest you look to another brand and type of suspender.

They looked great the first time I wore them, but one of the clips broke on the second attempt to put them on. I'd like to say that my super-human strength was too much for them, but, sadly, it was merely a case of terrible quality. I could not recommend these suspenders to anyone, nor will I be purchasing any Y&G products in the future.

I wore these this past Sunday and they looked pretty cool! Most will like the option to use the snaps or loops for buttons. I wanted to take the snaps off but that is hard to do. They do not slide off easily. I may have to get some wire cutters to remove them.

Good enough. Basically what I expected and thus well worth the investment. I have no complaints even though they are a little thinner than some of my other suspenders they are fine.

These suspenders fit fine, but you need to be careful about the size. These just barely fit me at 6'2" so be careful if you are any taller

These suspenders were great and looked really nice on formal and casual occasions. The only problem I had was taking out the clips when i wanted to use the "button-on" option. They were just really hard to take off. The clips were getting scraped because of the design and shape. It really wasn't a big deal and I bought them mostly to use as Button-ons. I'd definitely recommend these to any and all ages.

First off the suspender fabric itself is not that bad. Everything looks good except for the leather attachments or should I say cheap pleather attachments. On top of that the stitching is thin and very crooked as if it was done by an amateur seamstress in high school. It definitely will not last in the long run. If something is sewed on at least leave the imperfections show on in inside and not outside where it's noticeable. I had high hopes for this but unfortunately it's going back.
