This is a great starting point for folks who want to strengthen their backs. The exercises are taught for different levels, so that once you get stronger you can build up. The explanations are clear and easy to follow. I do martial arts that gives some wear and tear on the body through intense workout and the exercises help keep the back strong. And there are no crazy exercises to try. Basic and fundamental. Very useful.
