This a smaller backpack, not really for everyday use for students. Maybe it will be good for preschoolers.

My 6 yr old little guy is a ball player and a Yankees fan. Me, not so much. When I told his mom I was going to get him a backpack her first reaction was "Not another superhero one....?" So I looked around on Amazon and found this cool backpack. Tough part about shopping on Amazon is you can't get a feel for size. Too small and he's going to say it's for "little kids". Too big and he's going to look like pigmy at skydiving class. When the box got to my house I thought "Uh Oh." Looked a little small. Luckily it was folded in half. Perfect size for a lunch box and school books and a fresh change of clothes. Also not a cheap looking pack. This was the talk of daycare for days - all the kids loved it, it looks very offical and "grown-up" and the big Yankees symbol and the little patch, plus the Yankees pinstripes, make this a great looking backpack. My boy loves it, and for the price, can't beat that.

I bought this for my grandsons first day of school PVK along with the lunch box. So far he is the only one with this type of backpack

I bought 2 bags. My boys are big Yankee fans and they went crazy over the bag. It is a good size and the dark colors will hide the dirt.
Would definitely buy again.

I thought this would be good for my three year old who is as big as most 5 year olds, but it seems to be more suited to a teenager or adult. I'll have to wait a few years before I give it to him.
