I really enjoyed this book,and am already putting into practice what I've learned from it daily.It gives you the basics of how to use creative visualization to improve your life in all ways.I loved how simply and to the point it was explained,with tips such as how often to practice,and on using affirmations along with visualising.Great beginners guide.

I LOVE this book. I highly recommend it. She has some amazing visualization techniques that can be used anywhere. I use the "born under a lucky star" technique for my son and he has been doing better in school. This book has helped me to lose weight. I have two copies of this book (just in case I lose one! LOL). I own many visualization books and this is the best. It truly has changed my life for the better.
