5.0 out of 5 stars You'll have a great time!
This is one of the few games that you almost want to get the answers wrong in so that you can hear the insults. The questions are very hard but you'll still have fun. The categories alone will make you laugh out loud! One of the best features is the fact that it will save the questions it already asked you to a memory card so you won't get repeats. A wonderful...

3.0 out of 5 stars Playstation or PC? It's a Trade-Off
Having already had a PC version of "You Don't Know Jack", I wanted the Playstation version, too. Let's face it, this is meant to be a party game and you're a lot more likely to draw a crowd playing this game in a large open area like a living room than you are around a cramped computer desk.

The Playstation version of YDKJ does justice to it's PC...

4.0 out of 5 stars You don't know jack, January 22, 2002

If you like the Computer version then you will like this game. It is for Playstatin but can be played on Playstation 2. It is almost the same as the computer game except that there are more questins and no gibberish question (personally that was my favorite.) The gams also automaticly saves game data to your memory card so that the owner of the game can't cheat by knowing the answers already. It's a fun party game, who would want to sit around a computer screen to play a game when you can use your TV?

Having already had a PC version of "You Don't Know Jack", I wanted the Playstation version, too. Let's face it, this is meant to be a party game and you're a lot more likely to draw a crowd playing this game in a large open area like a living room than you are around a cramped computer desk.

The Playstation version of YDKJ does justice to it's PC counterpart with one exception. Since there is no keyboard, there are no gibberish questions (which is my favorite part of the PC version). On the other hand, thanks to the Playstation's memory card, you'll never hear the same question twice--and it keeps the owner of the game on an equal footing with everyone else.

Beyond those two differences, the game is pretty much the same. With two disks, YDKJ is loaded with interesting trivia and wrapped in an obnoxious package of double-entendres that are guaranteed to grab everyone's attention. I'm actually surprised no one has created a game show based on YDKJ, but you never know. It may still happen...

I usally hate video games and think they are boring, but my boyfriend introduced me to this game and now I'm hooked. It is very funny and the trvia they ask, is so weird. But it makes for a fun night.

A friend of mine was playing this game. Within 10 minutes, a crowd formed. In about 20 minutes, everyone wanted a turn to play. I have had this game for several months now and there are still new questions. The special effects, the players interaction, the thought provoking questions, and the mental stimulation are enough to keep a crowd, a party, a gathering of friends, or that special someone hypnotized and that will definitely make you the center of attention!

My husband and I recently bought a Playstation for our 8 year old son and this game for us. It is a lot of fun to play with a group but there is a lot of waiting involved because the man speaking on the game is always making jokes, comments, etc. Despite that, it is a very fun game for adults.

5.0 out of 5 stars JACK Playstation, April 19, 2001
A Kid's Review
This review is from: YOU DON'T KNOW JACK (Video Game)
JACK for Playstation whisks you from the green room to prime-time! Imatating V3, it is still a very great game. Comes on 2 disks. I Love it. (I don't own this game, but I still like it.) Question types are as follows: MC, Gibberish, Super Audio,Impossible, Jack Attack, etc. ... I hope you like this game. Stay tuned for my JACK Mock 2 review. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. Since it is so good a game on the PC. Get JACK for playstation! Caution: Suitable for ages 13 and older only. K? K. But remember kids, YOU DON'T KNOW JACK! Even if you are playing it right now!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Incarnation yet of this Great Game, April 17, 2000

Granted its a rehash of the PC version but without a keyboard. But the fact that it is so much easier to play this game when everyone has a separate joystick makes this the best incarnation yet of this great game. With two CDs there is plenty of novelty and I still haven't run into the same question twice. Moreover there are all the same reasons to buy this game as any of the PC versions. The questions have that classic irony and craziness that you only find in the YDKJ games. I originally bought my first copy of this game after a five minute test drive at the local superstore and it has provided me with hours and hours of entertainment. The ability to play it on a TV finally brings this game where it belongs into your party room!

We have had a lot of fun playing this game that Santa left for us. It is a great way to show off your smarts and whup your friends' butts. If you like trivia games with an edge, give this one a shot. It has lots of cool puns and commercials. Not a game for the young ones.
