I love the 1st cd the music really inspires me to get on my treadmill and do the 30 min walk.
I would love for Dr. Roizen to create a few more so that we could have some variation in the music as well as the tip/encouragement.
Oz and Rosien, this CD was not worth buying....too basic and not enough info included to warrant buying and using the CD.

The music is terrible and very boring.
There is not any good tips.
