Royal Jelly is one of nature's super foods and this stuff is super! It was recommended to help with my fertility and I think it did the trick. I am now 19 weeks along in my 2nd pregnancy!

I have been taking this on busy days for about two years, and I find that it gives me long lasting energy to keep going when I have a physically active day. Scientists also feel that there are many different nutrients in royal jelly and bee pollen, and I believe it.

This stuff is awesome. I take a teaspoon full twice a day when I feel a cold or the flu coming on and almost everytime I beat it. Tastes good too.

I originally started taking this to improve my fertility. It has definitely made positive changes to my cycle--most notably increased EWCM! Before that occurred I noticed some other wonderful benefits...appetite control, sustained energy, and enhanced mood stability.

It took me awhile to get used to the flavor, but now that I have taken it regularly I find it appealing. I have yet to try in smoothies, but would be a nice sweetener. I don't try it in hot drinks because I've read that it reduces the nutritive benefits.

I definitely recommend this product! But be aware if you have any bee allergies to consult with your doctor first.

The product is great, and I'm sharing the royal jelly mix from YS Organic Bee Farms with my friends, who are also raving about it. The packaging was as shown, altho the 12000mg on the Amazon name is different from the 20000mg on the jar.

I read about royal jelly in a Baring-Gould book which said Sherlock Holmes "discovered" Royal Jelly and considered it a "fountain of youth" and it made curious. So I ordered some, and did some research. There were some good reports about the benefits, some people consider it quackery. I know what I have experienced: I can skip breakfast with just a teaspoon of RJ and a cup of tea, not getting hungry until noon, which is unusual for me. The energy boost is smooth and sustained, unlike a jolt of caffeine or energy drink.

I highly recommend it. I will try it more specifically soon, for defending against colds, etc.

It taste good and is like I thought it would be, just like described. I recommend it. Now I want to try their honey and royal jelly mix without the other stuff.
