This is the second Haynes manual I bought. Very useful if you're kinda saturday afternoon mechanic and enjoy your Yamaha not only by riding it. Disregard any other opinion from non-thorough readers. It DOES explain the tachometer diagnostics in every section where is needed and with the different features depending on the bike model, not on an exclusively devoted chapter though.

What happened to the quality of Haynes manuals?This book doesn't even tell you how to use the bikes own diagnostic system - the tachometer. Er, surely some mistake.
