I ordered this item as a gift for a very good friend and they sent the wrong cake. I was supposed to be The Ya-Hoo! Baking Co Cheesecake Trio Sampler, 48-Ounce Box but there was no trio. It was just the New York Cheesecake. This was my first time using the Ya-Hoo! Baking Co and I was very excited about them. I was even happier when the product arrived a day early but then I was told it wasn't what was on the invoice that all changed. I asked the recipient to send me a pic to confirm it and it was the wrong item. :( To add to my review, Amazon's customer service did an excellent job resolving the issue. The item wasn't avail for redelivery so I was given a refund. I love Amazon's customer service.
