Delicious but small,

At 2-3 dollars per can, these cakes are very small for their price. I like their long shelf life, but they work best as an emergency reserve or as a gift basket item. Not for daily consumption (no matter how good they taste) due to the high price per ounce.

I was a little skeptical at first...since it's cake in a can. It just seems weird. But I have to say it is pretty awesome. The cakes are really moist and dense. I think they are probably more dense than regular pound cakes but still really delicious. I think the Danish Cream cheese one is also a winner. It is definitely overpriced but I'm still buying! These would be great on a camping trip too.
