Yahili is a excellent choice for fans of DCD's later work,

Rajna's bold experimentation with Tibetan dirges and gothic mood music, Yahili, is an excellent choice for fans of the ambient band Dead Can Dance's later work such as Spirit Chaser. The album is very dark and haunting, but maintains the religious tones of Buddhist chants. My only complaint is that it can become a bit monotonous over time. Rajna does not have the rare ability that Perry and Gerard possess to meld the past with present to create something totoally original. Their work owes everything to the talents of others who have come before.
