This review is from: Yakuza: The Explosive Account of Japan's Criminal Underworld (Paperback)
This book is clearly well-researched. It is full of wonderfully intricate details about every aspect of Japan's Criminal world. You really get a sense of the fact that Dubro and Kaplan are interested and involved in this book. A must have!

organized crime in Japan. The author has researched his subject matter as well as conducted interviews to give you the inside story on the underworld in Japan. The author gives you the whole
story on the crime enterprises that the Yakuza are involved in in Japan. You are also given the identities of some of the big
leaders in the Japanese underworld. The author also explains the
significance of the traditional tatoos. You are also given the law enforcement side of this situation. This is a very good story
