The Yamaha ACC-31056-00-13 Surface Cleaner cleans large surfaces up to 4x faster than a standard nozzle. Rotating nozzles provide streak-free, even cleaning. Demonstration cleaning my driveway, sidewalk and curb (not shown) using my Yamaha 15" Surface Cleaner without chemicals. Water pressure cleaning only. The Surface Cleaner is rated up to 3300 psi. The box indicates for Gas Pressure Washers, but I'm sure a higher psi Electric Pressure Washer would work also. I am using a 3200 psi cleaner with no problem and did not have to go ultra slow with each pass. This cleaner has been a great investment. Our home is on a corner lot, so we have lots of sidewalk to clean. The Surface cleaner unit along with my Simpson PS3228-S PowerShot Pressure Washer really made the job a lot easier. For the price paid, this unit saved me money actually by not hiring a pressure washing company to do the same job with the same results. I highly recommend this 15" surface cleaner.
**NOTE** I do believe, the higher the psi washer used, the better your results will be.

This thing works great have had no problems after 10 hours of use. If you get it balanced correctly and get in a nice rhythm of moving its almost no work and it cleans with one pass. Slow down and get twice the work done. I liked it so much I purchased another one for my son to help with my yearly pressure washing needs.

After reading reviews and getting quite a bit of feedback, I purchased this for my stamped concrete patios and concrete drive. It really performed quite well on both. As other reviewers have said, no streaking and it cleans quickly. It glides around like a hovercraft but weighs just enough that you don't have to hold it down. The nylon bristle brushes keep water from spraying all over so you can use it on garage floors and just push the dirty standing water it leaves behind out the door with a floor squeegie. I questioned if it would do a good job on the depressions in my stamped concrete but it did a great job.

For the past 3 years I've used a Karcher T350 unit that is similar to this. While I viewed it as one of the best 'spring cleaning' tools I've ever bought, it was starting to get long in the tooth and I really wanted something bigger and with a bit more "bite". I knew commercial units had that and I was hoping this Yamaha unit would do more.
There's no obvious adjustments on this like the Karcher but it simply works better. It requires fewer passes and has a larger diameter. I'd recommend it.
But I'll still use my Karcher on our dock, as I'm worried this unit may be TOO powerful for wood.

I bought this Surface Cleaner, primarily to clean the concrete deck around my pool. It's about a 30' x 40' area surrounded by a Lanai. In the past we have just used the wand to do this. This attachment made the job go much faster. The only problem that I had was that it removed so much dirt, pollen and whatever so fast, that I had to stop & rinse to see if I missed anything. I would highly recommend this attachment if you have a medium to large amount of surface area to be cleaned. The only way to improve it would be to put wheels on it:)

first unit out of box was defective and returned. That went smooth. The unit really works well but there are some underhanded claims to know in advance... Now I see on Amazon for $10-20 less than I purchased a couple of weeks ago. Maybe because it is because it is sold as a 15" and the actual cleaning diameter is 11.5 inches

I used this Yamaha product and cleaned my driveway and sidewalks in 3 hours where in the past using a single tip it would be an all day job. The Yamaha is actually very quiet compared to my Briggs& Stratton 6178 Surface Cleaner. The only down side to the Yamaha is that it will leave about a one inch strip when next to a wall and also on concrete next to your lawn unless you position the cleaner over the grass area then you damage the grass. No big deal to use a single spray tip to clean edges and corners. According to the instructions only 3 replacement parts are available; a Brush Skirt, Inlet Plug and a High Pressure Filter. My B&S Surface Cleaner is broken after less than 6 total hours of use and no replacement parts are available. Apparently the major cost of these surface cleaners are the seals and rotating center brass fitting. When these are worn, water sprays out of the center and it is no longer useable. Hopefully this Yamaha will last longer than the B&S running at 3,000 PSI. I have to give this Yamaha a 3 star since these major replacement parts are not available.

This unit is top quality in all ways. I used it for several hours to clean my driveway and sidewalks. Did a great job at maybe 1/5 the time of using a spray nozzle alone.The force of the rotating spray heads is impressive. I only needed to use a single spray head to get off spots I missed or hunks of embeded tar. Home Depot sells the exact same unit under a different name at the same price. Only difference is the HD unit is red, not black.
