I just started playing Guitar and after seaching around the internet i found this steal of a guitar. I paid 179.99 from amazon and it shipped free and seeing as im in Iraq thats awsome. Ayway the guitar is very easy to play action isnt to high and its easy to get a clean sound from, tunning is also no problem usualy the top two strings need to be a little tighter after sitting over night but thats about it. The tuner is very helpful and the dvd while not very exciting does have a great cord dictionary thats very helpful to me. Over all for the money i think this is a awsome package the only peice of the package that isnt awsome is the gig bag and at this price who cares the gig bag they give you is just that a bag no padding or anything of that sort.

A deal for the price.A nice sounding ,well made Yamaha and all the goodies.I did not expect the high level of finish and quality for the price.Great starter package.I think you will agree when you get yours.You can get a better guitar but you will pay a lot more.

Beautiful guitar, fast shipping...what more can you ask for? My son took guitar in school this year and was hooked. I didn't want to spend a fortune when he wanted a guitar for his 13th birthday so after ALOT of research, I found this steal! It's a really nice instrument. The guitar player next door was impressed with it as well. I like that this kit comes with everything he'll need to get started.

This kit comes with a Yamaha guitar, a guitar strap, a tuner, 3 picks, a DVD, and a case. The Guitar itself is very well made and has a great sound. I also like the guitar case it comes with its not a hard case but it is still coveniant for a road trip. Although the tuner is realy cheap, it does not work very well, I actually broke a string using the tuner. I can't even figure out how to put the strap on. Lastly, the dvd is really bad quality. In my opinion you are better off buying just a guitar and a good guitar book, I recommend the book Guitar Method.

I bought this for my kid to use in music class at school to learn to play guitar. The guitar itself sounds great. The bag is a little cheap and doesn't protect the guitar. The tuner is easy to use and helpful. I'm not sure if this is normal but I needed to tune this guitar weekly. It did get moved around and played. So, it may be normal to tune a guitar this often. I don't know. When it's in tune, it sounds great. Sound projection is amazing. My kid likes it, too.

Great deal for how much it costs. The customer support at Austin Bazaar is also very good and quick.

Great looking guitar and easy to play. The strings aren't too high off the frets. It also seems like a well built guitar. Sounds great too....well worth the money if you're looking to learn how to play.

I purchased this guitar package for my son and it is perfect for what he needs right now. Very nice guitar. Shipment arrived very fast! No complaints!

I was gifted this for Xmas and so far im extremely happy about it,

the tuner was very easy to use, took me about 15 mins to tune the guitar(mind you I have never had lessons or even owned a guitar before this one)

the picks came in the colors green, yellow, and red(my favorite color combination;)

the strap was kinda cheap but I'm a short guy and don't plan on using it anytime soon.

The gig bag it came with looked cheap in the pics above, but it is a legit bag, very strong (from what i can tell), the zipper is a very cool looking chrome that really stands out.

It came with extra strings, but the strings are different then the ones that come on the guitar. So if a string breaks you will need to change all of the strings to get the sound correct[citation needed].

Also came with a DVD thing. Don't get your hopes up its junk, watched about 3mins of it, turned it off and googled the stuff i needed help with.

It also came with a "truss rod adjuster wrench"(a 1/8in Allen wrench), but the guitar does not have a truss rod.

But the guitar itself id amazingly beautiful. The pic really cant do it justice, it really is a piece of art.

The only problem with the guitar itself is the bridge looks to be made out of plastic and Im not sure if thats a problem or not but im just not very comfortable about plastic on anything called "Deluxe".

But all and all I love it, and for a kids first guitar.... its the best deal out there!:)
