These speaker cabinets are not small for in wall applications, so pay attention to the product dimensions. The sound is very good for the price. Installation requires that you pay attention to directions, it is easy enough to break off the plastic clamps that hook into the drywall behind the speaker if you use a power screw driver so exercise some care with this detail! These are used for side and rear speakers on a 7.1 surround sound Pioneer Elite sound system at 110 watts per channel with good results. Finding a reasonably priced speaker with decent sound for use at these power levels is not always easy and these Yamaha's fit the bill nicely.

Great product. Yamaha quality in every aspect. These are being used as left and right front speakers and the sound matches well with the center channel (yamaha ns-c225) and rear surrounds (yamaha ns-iw360c).

My bestfriend Alex and I set up surround sound here at our studio and two pairs of these Yamaha NS-IW760 2-Way In-Wall Speakers. They sound great! They laid perfectly flat against the wall and the installation was really easy! A perfect addition to the 7.1 surround sound.

Movie Night and Sunday football couldn't be better!

Purchased to use as the Center speaker for my Home Theater System. Excellent sound reproduction and more than ample wattage to handle movies, gaming, and all types of music. Highly recommended.

I hooked these up a few weeks ago in a new constuction house. So far, so good. They sound and look great. I painted them to match the wall.

I used this in a remodel of our condo. JBL in-wall speakers were used for front and back channels. This one was mounted behind the 55 inch flat screen TV in a vertical orientation so we didn't need to cut any studs. It "disappears" like the JBL speakers once you paint the grill and does a great job of carrying voice and other center channel sounds. I have used it for DVD play as well as daily TV newscasts, sports events etc. with the Onkyo AV receiver and have no complaints at all. I'm not an audiophile, but I'm very happy with this choice.

Speaker arrived on time. Being used for Home theater purposes. Instead of installing in wall, my friend ( Electrician ) made a box for the speaker and I now use it as a free-standing Center Channel speaker.

Sound is clearest I've heard from a center channel speaker. ALL dialogue and voice tracks are clean and never drowned out by surrounding movie effects,music,etc. I love this !

We selected this speaker as a center channel for our home theater system. The sound is fantastic, but because of the size, it won't fit between two studs, so you end up having to cut studs and frame around the speaker. It would be a 5-star product for vertical installation (which would be EXTREMELY easy, but for horizontal installation...Let's just say that I would probably choose something else if I were to do it again.
