The price is very good.
It will do the job, nothing impressive in sound quality. Nothing impressive in the construction of it. A plain and very flat tuner. nothing else.. :/ Almost forgot, NO REMOTE. :(

Poor IR Remote Design,

Yamaha claims that this unit can be controlled via IR using Yamaha remotes yet they don not supply a remote with it. After getting the unit and investing in a Middle Atlantic rack shelf I find out this unit has very limited remote capability. You cannot switch the A,B,C,D or E presets nor can you advance to the next preset. The only available IR code that works is the previous preset. The lack or IR codes installed is not only a very poor design but is a false claim on Yamaha's part to say this unit has IR remote capability. I am very disappointed in Yamaha and this unit.
