My son has tried many mouthpieces ranging from over $250 to $30. The one that gave him the most pleasing, clean sound that he was looking for was this one and it happened to be the least expensive. We ended up buying a second one so he could have one at home and one at school and not have to take the bari back and forth. This is a great product and I would recommend skipping the expensive mouthpieces, they don't give you any better quality!

I have many yamaha mouthpieces, but this one was the best sound price combination. Tone quality in baritone is great. Highly recomended, not a beguiner sound.
